    How many of us are promised one thing only to get something different.  We do not make false promises to get your business.  Our Mortgage professionals have been in the business for years and know the market and the products inside and out.  We state the objective up front and we deliver on it.
  2. Knowledge is Key.
    Working with a Loan Officer or a Mortgage Professional makes all the difference.  The simple fact of the matter is that many Loan Officers only know a few products and can't offer anything other than that.  Citizens Home Mortgage has seasoned Mortgage Professionals that listen to your needs and make recommendations based on those needs.
  3. Communication.
    We have all heard it before, my phone was out, I was out of town, blah blah blah.  Our Mortgage Professionals are available 24/7 to answer any question.  Whether we need to take an application at midnight on Sunday or provide a pre-qualification at 3AM Saturday Morning, we will be there for you.

It all sounds so simple.  But very few companies do it.  We are in business for the long term relationship.  Burning bridges and failing to deliver on a promise is no way to build a quality reputation.
